I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Supervisor in Texas offering therapy services to English speaking clients. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, and strive to practice from an anti-oppressive framework that affirms and celebrates all of my clients’ identities.
I believe the healing process starts with safety and authentic connection, and I work to create a welcoming therapy environment where clients can show up exactly as they are.
Everyone’s life experiences and goals for therapy are unique, so I draw from multiple modalities, including attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and relational cultural theory to support my clients in meeting their therapy goals. I also use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in my work.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client centered, and is informed by my extensive experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence. In addition to working with trauma survivors, I support folks who are coping with anxiety, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, and other issues.
I believe that healing must take into account who we are as whole people. Trauma and stress impact so many aspects of our experience- our bodies, our brains, our identities, and our values- therapy should address these aspects too.

I am a therapist based in Austin, TX. Although I’m originally from Oklahoma, I have called Austin home for the past 8 years. I began my career as a medical social worker, providing support to folks with chronic illnesses, and for the last 5 years, I have been a therapist at a local nonprofit that serves survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, as well practicing from a social justice orientation.
